A native of Osaka Japan, Yasuyuki "YAZ" Takagi lives in Brooklyn New York since 1992. He formed his own band called "YAZ BAND" in 2002 and has been playing in New York Metro area.
YAZ BAND has gained further exposure and recognition “above ground” as performed at the Lincoln Center's “Out of Doors” Festival and at the historic "Apollo Theater" , both in New York City. | Play Time: 7:30 - 11:30 pm

A native of Ohio, graduate of Northwestern University, Leah began her professional singing career in New York City, where she founded her band, The Jazzmasters.
Her parents, both musicians, exposed her to the sounds of Otis Redding, Nancy Wilson, Ray Charles, Billie Holiday, and Aretha Franklin. Leah's clear alto is well suited to her Jazz/ Blues/ R&B repertoire.

Born and raised on the outskirts of Kyoto, Japan, she was inspired early on by the traditional Japanese music her father and grandfather played, and has been singing as long as she could remember.
